NBLC Takes Lead on Carbon Analysis Study to Reduce Greenhouse Gas Emissions
Sonoma County Water Agency to Conduct Carbon Analysis Study

NBLC members will be participating in a longitudinal carbon analysis study of energy and water usage, as well as waste generation, recycling, and other practices that can be modified to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
Working with Sonoma County Water Agency, NBLC members will provide data going back at least 5 years tracking the various areas that contribute to greenhouse gas emissions and following what changes occur when environmental best practices are put into place to reduce emissions. The results of the survey will be analyzed and presented in a report that will be used to help develop guidelines for AB32 compliance.
