NBLC has commissioned Joe Nation, Ph.D., ENVIRON International, to write a report discussing how AB32 implementation in the State of California will impact the North Bay region on an economic level. Nation's report will not only discuss how AB32 will effect local business but will also give reccomendations on how businesses can comply. Additionally, we will be hearing from a panel of speakers, discussing how their organizations are preparing for this upcoming implementation.
