Mission

North Bay Leadership Council consists of a coalition of major employers, academia, and community-based organizations in the North Bay region.  NBLC is unique because it is CEO driven and has a regional focus on issues that confront the North Bay region.  Its members are dedicated to achieving long-term economic vitality and quality of life by collaborating with other business and civic leaders to promote sound public policy and solutions to regional challenges.  NBLC members work to increase the understanding of how business contributes to the community and the need to work together in solving complex regional issues like transportation, workforce preparedness, water policy, workforce housing and fiscal reform of government.

NBLC is proud to play a significant role in the regional economy, generating a large portion of revenue for the North Bay.  NBLC members along with its workforce of over 20,000 employees, are involved in many facets of the North Bay community through their leadership in building partnerships with local and state government, public policy analysis and research, corporate philanthropy, volunteerism, advocacy, and commitment to community service. Membership in NBLC is by invitation only.  For more information, please contact Cynthia Murray, President & CEO at (707) 283-0028 or cmurray@northbayleadership.org.
